Overnight Oats are one of our favorite breakfasts, and for good reason. The oats are chewy and keep you full until lunch—thank goodness. We knew cake batter had to come into play in our next recipe, and that’s how the Cake Batter Overnight Oats were born. The sweetness of the cake batter paired with the tart Greek yogurt and nutty oats is the perfect combo. You finally have a breakfast to look forward to when you wake up in the mornings!
1 cup quick oats
3 tbsp white cake batter
1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
As many sprinkles as you want!
Measure out your ingredients and then mix them in a bowl. Portion out the overnight oats and then let chill overnight.
Add 2 tsp of chia seed or flax to make this higherin fiber!
