Recipe: Lucky Charms Pixie Bark

This Pixie Bark is so scrumptious and magical you’ll think it’s straight out of Candy Land! Topped with your favorite candies (we chose Lucky Charms and sprinkles), this Pixie Bark is sure to be the most popular item at your party. It’s sweet, yummy and super easy to make!

It’s important that you choose OIL BASED food coloring. Chances are, you probably don’t have this in your pantry since common food coloring is water or gel based. I bought my Wilton food coloring at Michaels.

1 pound white chocolate

Oil based food coloring

Candy toppings of your choice

  1. In a double boiler, melt your white chocolate until it’s thick and creamy.
  2. Pour the melted white chocolate into bowls. In each bowl, dot the chocolate with the oil based food coloring. (A little coloring goes a LONG way, trust me!) Stir. You can have as many bowls as you want colors. (I had three bowls—pink, purple and blue.)
  3. In a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, pour the colored chocolate mixtures and then mix/twist them together with the tip of a spoon or toothpick. That’s what gives it the marbled look.
  4. Let the Pixie Bark set until it’s hard. Then you can break it into pieces and serve! Voila!
